Shipping

Most orders ship within 1-2 business days, depending on product availability and when the carrier picks up. We fulfill your order  Monday to Friday between 9am and 5pm. Orders are not fulfilled on bank holidays and weekends. Once your order has shipped, it can take between 2 and 7 business days to arrive.

To comply with laws and regulations, a signature from someone 21+ is required for all alcohol deliveries. We are not allowed to leave the package without a signature and age verification.

Returns

If your product are delivered wrongly or defective please contact hello@djuce.us.

Damaged product at arrival; if visible do not accept the order from the shipping company, if not visible send us pictures and order number.

 

Undelivered Products

If your order is returned as undelivered, products will be refunded minus any applicable shipping costs and a $20 restocking fee.

Cancellation And Refunds

If an order needs to be canceled, please email hello@djuce.us.

Cancelled orders may be subject to a $20 delivery and restocking fee. Please note that we do not issue refunds for orders that were delivered and signed for.
